Summary
Woody Invincible and Crazy Bee! Yes, these are the two slackers that star in this film. They apparently have a job manning a video store in the mall, but spend most of their day harassing security guards, store employees, and women! Meanwhile a shady deal in a warehouse is going down. The Iraqis have developed a biochemical weapon distributed in the form of soft drinks. As you can guess, consuming it turns one into a zombie! They have a specimen on hand for demonstration, and the deal goes bad when it eats two of the buyers. But one guy escapes, carrying a briefcase that contains a bottle of dangerous liquid. Woody and Bee have to go pick up their boss' car, and on their way back they run over this guy with the zombie juice. Woody and Bee try to comfort the poor chap by pouring some of the "soft drink" down his throat, and then (being the caring, law abiding citizens they are!) they put him in the trunk and return to the mall. Once back in their element, they leave the car in the parking garage and resume their derelict behavior. But the zombie in the garage starts attacking and creating more zombies, and soon the mall is nothing but zombies and a small group of humans led by Woody and Bee. By the end, only Woody and his female companion Rolls are alive and they escape the mall in his boss' car. They stop at a gas station and Woody sees the bad news on TV - the zombie infestation has spread. Rolls is waiting in the car and unwittingly takes a chug from the zombie juice bottle that was left in the car. Woody sees this, then gets in the car and takes the last chug of zombie juice himself.
Review
Despite the low budget, this is actually a pretty entertaining movie. It's from Hong Kong, so the version I saw was dubbed in English. Now I have no idea what the original script was, but give two guys a case of beer, a mic and a VCR and you get the English version! The dialogue is so corny that it makes the movie even better. The special effects are pretty crappy; in fact most of the gore is just splatters of blood and the actual blows are left to the imagination. What makes the movie are the two main characters - Woody and Bee. The actor portraying Bee isn't very good, and Woody is decent, but the dialogue is a riot. Throughout the entire movie they get in verbal confrontations with everyone they encounter, whether it's mall patrons, security guards, young ladies, or even police. Despite being jackasses, when it's crunch time Woody and Bee take charge of the situation and do their best to keep everyone alive.
The zombies are slow and stupid, but one exception is Sushi Boy. He has a major crush on a girl named Rolls, but she ends up fooling around with Sushi Boy's resident bully Woody. As a zombie, Sushi Boy's infatuation with Rolls overrides his brain munching instincts and he tries to protect her from the others. In one scene he tries to feed her a finger so some other zombies will think she's one of them! And in the end it's Sushi Boy the zombie that opens the parking garage door so Woody and Rolls can escape. As he watches them drive away the other zombies are pissed and attack him. Certainly not normal zombie behavior!
Since I've mentioned the dialogue as the selling point of the movie, I leave you with these gems:
That is one hairy pair of big balls.
When it comes to producing biochemical weapons, even the Americans are no match for the Iraqis.
Damn that sushi boy. Saw a fuckin monster. I get a raging hard-on and nothing to do with it!
- Cop:
Pan the area. I want to see it all.
Mall Security:Are you stupid or something? This is a video tape. How am I supposed to pan it?
What's wrong!?! You know I like shrimp flavor but you gave it to him and you gave me pork!
- As Rolls leans against Bee to comfort him
Now I know...I know...Rolls has totally great tits.

In general the zombies are slow and stupid, but exhibit odd behavior at times.
Best Zombie Kill
When the Iraqis are making their deal, they open up a metal crate to reveal a zombie as proof of their goods. It's chained up, so one of the buyers tests out the product by slashing at the zombie with a knife. But he gets too close and the zombie attacks. Soon the victim is a bloody mess.
Best Zombie Death
Woody, Bee, and friends go on a zombie killing rampage. My favorite is when they jam a section of a water pipe into a zombies head and then Bee turns the valve at the protruding end to drain all the blood out!
Memorable Scene
Sushi boy the zombie takes Rolls back to his restaurant - not to eat, but to keep as his woman! But there are some other zombie patrons inside and Sushi boy serves them fresh fingers. He tries to pass her off as a zombie too by feeding her one of the delicious fingers. She tries to bite it as the other zombies watch, but gags on it! The charade is over and the other zombies become enraged and try to get to Rolls. Sushi boy fends them off until Woody comes to the rescue. He dispatches the three zombie patrons, but runs out of bullets before he can take out Sushi boy too.
