World War Z
World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War by Max Brooks is a masterpiece. If zombiology was a major in college, this could very well be the text book for Freshman Zombies 101. I must admit that I have actually never read this novel, but I own the Audio CD version of it. It's narrated by Max Brooks himself as he interviews various figures that took part in the zombie war. Some Hollywood heavyweights do the voice acting and they do a superb job. My personal favorite is Todd Wainio played by Mark Hamill.
